David Angstadt

David Angstadt, a property investor originally from Pennsylvania, has been living off-grid in Costa Rica since 2008. His portfolio includes a luxurious four-bedroom villa with a 20-meter lap pool and a fruit orchard, as well as a unique treehouse home in Finca Bellavista with its own waterfall. He also owns a beachside condo. David and his wife, Sandy Essex, favor long-term rentals and are active in the local community, enjoying farmers' markets, beach walks, and poolside reflexology.
