Anyone who owns or manages off-grid or eco-friendly properties can create a listing on our platform. Listings must adhere to the theme of the website, and all submissions are reviewed before publication.
Once you submit a listing, our team will review the content to ensure it aligns with our platform’s guidelines. This process typically takes 1-2 business days. If your listing is not accepted, you will receive a full refund. To avoid any uncertainty, we encourage users to try our Free Basic Listing first. If your listing is accepted at this level, it will be accepted for all other paid packages.
Creating and Managing Listings
To create a listing, follow these steps:
1. Choose a Plan: Select from our Free Basic, Standard, or Premium Listing plans.
2. Create an Account: Sign up or log in to your existing account.
3. Submit Your Listing: Fill out the listing details, including title, description, location, and images.
4. Make Payment (if applicable): Complete the payment process for paid listings through our secure checkout.
Yes, you can edit your listing anytime through your account dashboard. Simply navigate to your listings, choose the one you want to update, and make the necessary changes. Edits are subject to review.
The number of images you can upload depends on your chosen plan:
- Free Basic Listing: 1 image
- Standard Listing: Up to 5 images
- Premium Listing: Up to 10 images, with additional options like YouTube/Vimeo video tours.
Each plan has a specific duration:
- Free Basic Listing: 30 days
- Standard Listing: Options for 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months
- Premium Listing: Options for 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months
Yes, you can extend any listing by 30 days for a fee. This option is available in your account dashboard.
Listings are displayed based on your chosen plan:
- Free Basic Listings: Standard placement in search results.
- Standard Listings: Priority placement above Free Listings with highlighted features.
- Premium Listings: Featured placement on category pages and in the 'Featured Listings' carousel.
Yes, Premium Listings allow you to integrate a 360° virtual tour for an enhanced user experience.

You can increase your listing's visibility by choosing a paid plan, which offers priority or featured placement, or by purchasing add-on services such as homepage features, additional social media promotions, and blog article features.
Featured Listings enjoy top placement on category pages, a 'Featured' badge, and inclusion in the 'Featured Listings' carousel, giving your property more exposure and a higher chance of attracting potential clients.
