Every material was chosen for its natural performance: solid wood throughout, natural stone tiles, linen bedding, cotton textiles, and natural latex pillows.
The home’s earthen walls and ceiling fans create natural, ventilated cooling — a calm, cave-like coolness rather than mechanical air conditioning. The well water is naturally clean, structured, and filtered through a copper vortexing pipe at its source.
This listing is for the private lower unit of a two-unit residence — 732 sq ft, 2 bedrooms with full-size beds, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is full-sized (no dishwasher), and laundry is a shared washer/dryer with the upper unit. Guests have full access to the property’s common areas and grounds.
