The wider community includes hiking trails, creeks, and additional shared gathering spaces throughout the valley.

Important notes

A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is expected, due within 14 days of signing a rental agreement, and the source lists this rate as non-negotiable. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, and an approved pet carries a non-refundable pet fee. The owners prefer professional house cleaning at least twice a month.
