OGD HOST AGREEMENT

Effective date: August 1, 2026
Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Your authority to act as a Host

By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you own the accommodation you list, or that you are legally authorized to offer it and to enter into a binding accommodation agreement with a Guest on the terms you set. If your authority to offer a property changes or ends, you must stop listing it and, where a booking already exists, tell us and the affected Guest promptly.

2. Accurate listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in your listing, including the property's identity and location, availability, prices, occupancy limits, amenities, access instructions, house rules, and cancellation policy. You must disclose any material limitation or safety-relevant condition a reasonable Guest would want to know before booking. You must keep this information — especially availability and pricing — current, and correct it promptly if it becomes inaccurate.

3. Legal compliance for your property

You are responsible for meeting every legal, regulatory, and contractual requirement that applies to offering your property, including any required registration, permit, or license; applicable tourism or short-term-rental rules; taxes; zoning, homeowners'-association, or community rules; and adequate insurance for the activity you are offering. OGD does not verify these matters on your behalf.

4. Safety and readiness

You must offer a property that is safe and reasonably fit for the stay you describe, and that is ready to receive a Guest as described in your listing and any confirmed booking.

5. Equal treatment

You must not refuse, cancel, or otherwise treat a booking request differently because of a characteristic protected by applicable law.

6. Your responsibility for the stay

You are responsible for the accommodation itself, for check-in and access, for delivering the stay as described in your listing, for the accuracy of the arrival instructions you provide, and for complying with the accommodation agreement you sign as part of completing a booking.

7. If you need to cancel

If you cancel a confirmed booking, or otherwise cannot provide the stay, you must tell OGD and the Guest as soon as possible, and you must return, in full, any amount the Guest paid you directly. You must cooperate with OGD's request to release or refund the OGD booking deposit consistent with the applicable booking flow. A Host who cancels confirmed bookings repeatedly or without good reason may have their listings or account restricted.

8. Receiving direct payment

Where a Guest pays you directly for any part of a stay, you are responsible for providing accurate payment instructions and for confirming truthfully whether and when you actually received payment. OGD does not guarantee that a direct payment will be made, and does not process, hold, or route it.

9. Guest personal information

If OGD or a Guest shares personal information with you in connection with a booking, you may use it only for that booking and other legitimate purposes connected to the stay. You must not use it for unrelated marketing, sell or otherwise disclose it to a third party without a lawful basis, or retain it longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.

10. No circumvention

You must not ask or encourage a Guest to complete a booking, payment, or agreement outside the platform in order to avoid OGD's fees, records, or safety features.

11. Content you provide

You confirm you have the right to use and publish any photo, description, or other content you submit for your listing, and you grant OGD the rights needed to display it as part of the platform.

12. Cooperation

You must respond honestly to a reasonable request from OGD connected to a fraud, chargeback, safety, or legal inquiry involving a booking of yours.

13. Your responsibility for claims

You are responsible for claims arising from your property, your own acts or omissions, an inaccurate listing, a lack of authority to offer the property, or your failure to meet a legal requirement described in Section 3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify OGD against losses arising from those matters, except to the extent caused by OGD's own breach or negligence.

14. Suspension of your listings or account

We may remove a listing or restrict or suspend your Host access, including where we reasonably believe this Agreement, the Platform Terms, or applicable law has been violated, or where continuing to list would create a safety or legal risk.

15. Reviews and communications

Reviews of your listing and messages connected to a booking may be visible to the relevant Guest and retained as platform records, consistent with the OGD Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Where a change is material, you will need to review and accept the updated version before continuing to use Host features, in the same way described in the Platform Terms.

17. How this Agreement relates to a specific booking

This Agreement governs your standing as a Host generally. Separately, where a booking of yours progresses to the agreement stage, it has its own booking-specific accommodation agreement, which you and the Guest sign electronically as one of the steps required to reach a fully confirmed booking — signing does not, by itself, complete confirmation where another required step is still outstanding. OGD facilitates the generation and signing of that agreement and keeps a record of it, but is not a party to it and does not sign it. Once in place, that agreement, not this one, controls the property, dates, price, occupancy, and cancellation terms for that specific stay.
