For Booking Enabled stays, guests pay a 10% deposit through OGD to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is paid directly to the owner.
OGD reviews the listing before it goes live. Property and land listings require the monthly plan before review.
Yes. A property can be offered as a stay and also marketed for sale, as long as each listing is clear and accurate.
Paid property and land subscriptions can be managed from your Orders area.
No. The $19 is a one-time OGD listing fee that covers publishing your Event on the site. It is separate from any admission price you set for your own Event — OGD does not sell tickets or process attendee payments.
No. Events connected to a verified Community you manage are free to submit. The $19 one-time fee only applies to independent organizers listing an Event without a verified Community.
